I strongly believe in helping disadvantaged people and I am a member of BYST, where I act as a mentor for new entrepreneurs and a member of BYST, where I am involved in the many activities that help to improve the lives of underprivileged people in our society.”
Apart from Skill development program handled Training programs in Sales Improvement Program, Customer Relationship Management, Personality Development, Team Building Skills, Assertiveness, Life Skill for Success, Law of Attraction, Entrepreneurship Development Program, more than 500 events in Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka & Sri Lanka, around 30,000 people have benefited so far.
Conducted training programs in renowned and educational institutes like SRM, Sathyabama, S A Engineering College, Mamalan Engineering College, Prathyusha Institute of Technology and Management, St. Joseph Engineering College, CSC Computer Education and in association with MSME, Govt. of India, and also special social training programs for self help groups (SHGs).
Recently conducted a Training program on Life skill for success for Call taxi drivers in the leading companies like Fast Track, Friends Track & Run Track in Chennai etc.
Adding a feather in a cap is that Shri. Elangovan personally involved in motivating 5500 employees of Nokia India Private Ltd., Sriperumbudur who opted for Voluntary Retirement Scheme.
